Caterpillar, Amici, Urge Supreme Court to Reverse General Order 29 Ruling

SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- Caterpillar has asked the California Supreme Court to review an intermediate appellate court decision that found Los Angeles' case management order governing asbestos actions to be invalid. Snyder v. Superior Court, No. n/a (Calif. Sup. Ct.).

On Jan. 25, an amici group sent a letter to the justices of the Supreme Court, asking the high court to accept Caterpillar's petition for review, which was also filed on Jan. 25.
