Tenn. High Court Hears Oral Arguments in Secondhand Exposure Dispute

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -- Tennessee's highest court has heard oral arguments in a secondhand exposure dispute and is set to determine whether an intermediate appellate court erred when finding that a landowner should have foreseen the dangers presented by take-home asbestos exposure. Satterfield v. Breeding Insulation Co., et al., No. E2006-00903-SC-R11-CV (Tenn. Sup. Ct., Eastern Div.).
