Plaintiffs: Don't Align Segarra with Silica MDL Docs

PHILADELPHIA - Plaintiffs have fired back at a coordinated defense attempt to dismiss all cases filed as a result of medical reports issued by Dr. Jay Segarra, arguing that the effort is premature and based on inaccurate comparisons of the expert to those who have been maligned in unrelated litigation.
