Mistrial Declared at Conclusion of Calif. Meso Trial

LOS ANGELES -- A California jury was unable to reach a verdict at the conclusion of a mesothelioma trial in which Yarway was the lone remaining defendant, sources told HarrisMartin. Racik, et al. v. Alfa Laval Inc., et al., No. BC366520 (Calif. Super. Ct., Los Angeles Cty.).
The mistrial was declared on Oct. 19 after a trial presided over by Judge Ruth Ann Kwan of the Los Angeles County Superior Court.
Sources told HarrisMartin that another trial setting conference is scheduled for Nov. 13.
