California Friction Defendants File Opposition to Motion for Revised Market Share Standard

SAN FRANCISCO - A new set of interrogatories that plaintiffs in the California asbestos litigation claim will make it easier to prove market share liability in friction product cases actually complicates the litigation process and shouldn't be employed by the court, friction defendants now argue.
