State High Court Affirms Decision That Set Aside Rail Company's Asbestos Verdict

Va. - A West Virginia Circuit Court was working within its discretion when it awarded an asbestos plaintiff a new trial after a jury ruled in favor of his employer and defendant in the case, Conrail Corp.
