LANSING, Mich. - The Michigan Supreme Court has rejected defendants' application for leave to appeal an intermediate appellate court's decision allowing testimony establishing a causal link between exposure to asbestos fibers in automotive brake linings and mesothelioma. Chapin, et al. v. A & L Parts Inc., et al., No. 133410 (Mich. Sup. Ct.).
