PHILADELPHIA - Defendants in the federal asbestos MDL have opposed a plaintiff's law firm's motion to quash subpoenas served upon various diagnosing physicians and screening companies, claiming the motion is untimely and merely an attempt to derail defendants' contentions that many plaintiffs' claims are fraudulent.
