JPMDL Refuses Arguments to Not Transfer Two Cases to MDL

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Two asbestos cases from the Southern District of Mississippi and the Southern District of Texas have been transferred to MDL 875 in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania after the JPMDL denied motions brought by plaintiffs to remand to state court.
