NEW YORK - Asbestos-related injury claims against a former insulation contractor fall under "operations" insurance coverage and are not subject to aggregate limits, a New York judge ruled after finding that the alleged injuries relate to installation activities. Continental Casualty Co., et al. v. Employers Insurance Company of Wausau, et al., No. 601037/03 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., N.Y. Cty.).
