AUSTIN, Texas -- Plaintiffs have responded to a petition for writ of mandamus pending in the Texas Supreme Court, arguing that the trial court properly followed admissibility guidelines in opting not to exclude evidence indicating a link between chrysotile exposure and mesothelioma. In re: Garlock Sealing Technologies and Georgia-Pacific Corp., No. 06-0881 (Texas Sup. Ct.).
