COLUMBIA, S.C. - The South Carolina Supreme Court has affirmed a trial court's award of summary judgment to defendants in a mesothelioma lawsuit, stating that the plaintiffs failed to show any actionable asbestos exposure in South Carolina and the trial court didn't err in excluding certain evidence as cumulative. Henderson, et al. v. Allied Signal Inc., et al., No. 26322 (S.C. Sup. Ct.).
