NEW YORK - A New York jury in the second phase of a reverse-bifurcated lung cancer trial has found that a former insulation contractor that used asbestos-containing products acted recklessly and is liable for the deaths of two former powerhouse workers. Martin v. Robert A. Keasbey Co., No. 100016/99; Lettiere v. Robert A. Keasbey Co., No. 113583/05 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., N.Y. Cty.).
