Court Dismisses Appeal, Says Workers' Comp Board's Decision Not Final

HARTFORD, Conn. - The Connecticut Supreme Court has dismissed an employer's appeal of a workers' compensation board's ruling that the employer was collaterally estopped from re-litigating the issue of causation because that issue had been decided in a previous federal proceeding. Levarge v. General Dynamics Corp., Electric Boat Division, et al., No. SC17659 (Conn. Sup. Ct.).
