W.R. Grace Settles EPA Lawsuit Over Access to Libby Sites for $2.75 Million

MISSOULA, Mont. - W.R. Grace has announced it will spend over $2.75 million to fund additional health benefits for Libby, Mont. residents, tentatively resolving a lawsuit brought by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) last year over the company's refusal to give the agency access to its former mine site near Libby. United States v. W.R. Grace & Co., et al., No. 00-167-M-DWM (D. Mont.).
