Calif. Court Says Lack of Contact with State Precludes Jurisdiction

LOS ANGELES - A California appellate court has reversed an order denying a railroad's motion to quash service of process, finding that the company has no current contact with California and its past contact was unrelated to the plaintiff's asbestos claim.
