Groups Seek to File Amici Brief in Secondhand Exposure Dispute

PHILADELPHIA -- A number of trade groups have sought the court's permission to file an amicus brief in a premises defendant secondhand exposure dispute, saying that the decision could potentially create limitless liability for the defendants. Jesensky, et al. v. Duquesne Light Co., et al., No. 06-3102 (3rd Cir.).
In a March 12 motion filed in the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals, the groups ask the court permission for leave to file an amici curiae brief, a copy of which they attached with the motion.
