Jury Finds For Defense in Wilmington, Del. Mesothelioma Cases

WILMINGTON, Del. - A Wilmington, Del. jury found for defendant Garlock Inc. in three mesothelioma cases on Nov. 2. Bargelski v. Garlock Inc., et al., C.A. No. 00C-06-260 (Del. Super. Ct., New Castle Cty.); Kolb v. Garlock Inc., et al., C.A.. No. 00C-06-210 (Del. Super. Ct., New Castle Cty.); Jernigan v. Garlock Inc., et al., C.A. No. 00C-04-106 (Del. Super. Ct., New Castle Cty.).
In all three cases, the jury concluded that plaintiffs had not shown that they had inhaled asbestos fibers emitted from Garlock products.
