Illinois Jury Finds for Defendants in Mesothelioma Case

BELLEVILLE, Ill. - A jury has returned a verdict in favor of all defendants in a mesothelioma case after concluding that exposure to products manufactured by the defendants was not a factor in plaintiff's husband's illness and subsequent death. Wakeland v. Garlock Inc., et al., No. (Illinois Cir. Ct., St. Clair Cty.).
