DETROIT - A Michigan appellate court has affirmed the admissibility of a plaintiff's expert's testimony establishing a possible causal connection between inhalation of brake lining dust and mesothelioma, finding that the trial court did not abuse its discretion. Chapin, et al. v. A & L Parts Inc., et al., No. 257917 (Mich. Ct. App.).
