SHREVEPORT, La. - A Louisiana judge did not err in denying a former paper mill owner's post-trial motions in a case in which the family of a mill worker who died of mesothelioma was awarded more than $3 million in damages, an appellate court has ruled. Graves v. Riverwood International Corp., et al., No. 41,810-CA (La. Ct. App., 2nd Cir.).
