LOS ANGELES -- A California judge has granted oral motions for nonsuit brought by boiler and gasket and packing defendants in a mesothelioma trial. Kapraun, et al. v. Crane Co., et al., No. BC332560 (Calif. Super. Ct., Los Angeles Cty.).
A notice of the entry of judgment was entered Dec. 11, noting the Oct. 24 decision by Judge James Satt of the Los Angeles Superior Court to grant oral motions for nonsuit filed by defendants Yarway and Foster Wheeler.
