NEW ORLEANS - A federal court in Louisiana has refused to reconsider its decision to deny a motion by a bankrupt asbestos defendant that sought to keep claimants from having extra time to file a proof of claim with the court. In Re: The Babcock and Wilcox Co., et al., No. 00-558 (E.D. La.).
