PHILADELPHIA - An insurance company for a pipe manufacturer is seeking a declaration that it is entitled to reimbursement from the manufacturer's 'other' insurers for payments made to settle an asbestos lawsuit. Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. v. Continental Insurance Co., et al., No. 06-4247 (E.D. Pa.).
