PHILADELPHIA - An insurance company for a pipe manufacturer is seeking a declaration that it is entitled to reimbursement from the manufacturer's 'other' insurers for payments made to settle an asbestos lawsuit. Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. v. Continental Insurance Co., et al., No. 06-4247 (E.D. Pa.).

In its Sept. 22 complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. says that Continental Insurance Co. and Firemen's Insurance Company of Newark, New Jersey have refused to reimburse Liberty Mutual for their share of $225,000 paid by Liberty Mutual in February to settle a …
