Plaintiffs, Grace Looking to Create Zonolite Insulation MDL

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Parties involved in four nationwide Zonolite Attic Insulation class actions agree their complaints should be consolidated before a federal MDL court, but have mixed feelings about which U.S. District Court should host the consolidation. In re: Zonolite Attic Insulation Litigation, MDL No. 1376 (JPMDL).

In motions filed last month with the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation, plaintiffs who filed class action complaints in federal district courts in Massachusetts, Montana and Illinois are urging the panel to create MDL #1376-In re: Zonolite Attic Insulation Litigation.
