photo-11Owens-Illinois' stock dropped to a new year-low on Nov. 15, dipping 40 percent to $3.37. But that wasn't the end of the ride for the Toledo, Ohio-based glass manufacturer. Several times in late-November and early December, the stock fell below the $3 mark. Adding insult to injury, the company was dropped from the S&P 500 index at the end of trading on Dec. 8.
