Ill. High Court Grants Manufacturer's Petition to Review Lipke Rule

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. - The Illinois Supreme Court has accepted for review a manufacturer's petition to scrap a rule preventing defendants from introducing evidence at trial that the plaintiff was exposed to asbestos-containing products made or sold by other parties not named as defendants. Nolan v. Weil-McLain, No. 103137 (Ill. Sup. Ct.).
