LAKE CHARLES, La. - A Louisiana appeals court has affirmed a trial court's ruling that a lawsuit filed against a floor covering firm for its negligent handling of asbestos-containing material falls under an absolute asbestos exclusion in its insurance policy, thus barring coverage for the company's asbestos-related claims. LaFleur, et al. v. Hollier Floor Covering, Inc., et al., No. 00-00969 (La. Ct. Appeals, 3rd. Cir.).
