WILMINGTON, Del. — The judge overseeing Delaware’s asbestos docket has sanctioned an out-of-state defense attorney for waiting until the eve of trial to object to the timeliness of a critical expert report that plaintiffs submitted late based on an agreement reached with opposing counsel. In re Asbestos Litigation Michael Galliher, No. 10C-10-315 (Del. Super. Ct., New Castle Cty.).
