CLEVELAND - A federal court in Ohio has temporarily stayed proceedings in a disputed asbestos settlement action that was removed from state court as a result of Armstrong World Industries' decision to file for reorganization. In re: All Kelley & Ferraro Asbestos Cases v. G-I Holdings, Inc., et al., No. 1:00CV20010 (N.D. Ohio).
In an order issued Dec. 13, District Court Judge Paul R. Matia of the Northern District of Ohio granted a Center for Claims Resolution motion to stay further state court proceedings in the matter.
