Asbestosis/Silicosis Plaintiffs Lose First Half of Battle at Trial

PHILADELPHIA - Two plaintiffs who claimed they developed asbestosis and silicosis while working as painters have lost their bid for damages related to their asbestos-related exposure, sources told HarrisMartin Publishing. Graff v. Georgia-Pacific Corp., No. March Term 2004 No. 248; Bailey v. Georgia-Pacific Corp., No. March Term 2004 No. 2353 (Pa. Comm. Pls., Philadelphia Cty.).
