Amici Join in Opposition to Premises Liability for Secondhand Exposure

LOS ANGELES - Several groups have filed an amici curiae brief in response to an appeal of a California trial court order finding that premises owners are not liable for harm to family members of independent contractors resulting from off-site, secondhand exposure to asbestos.
