CLEVELAND - An appellate court has remanded a railroad exposure case, instructing the trial court to reduce the plaintiff verdict by an appropriate set-off amount after finding that the same court erred in refusing to compel the plaintiff to disclose the settlement amounts he received from his other asbestos litigation. Hager, et al. v. Norfolk & Western Railway Co., et al., No. 87553 (Ohio Ct. App., 8th Dist., Cuyahoga Cty.).
