Ohio Court Orders Asbestosis Verdict to be Reduced by Set-Off Amount

CLEVELAND - An appellate court has remanded a railroad exposure case, instructing the trial court to reduce the plaintiff verdict by an appropriate set-off amount after finding that the same court erred in refusing to compel the plaintiff to disclose the settlement amounts he received from his other asbestos litigation.
