SYRACUSE, N.Y. –– A New York trial court has awarded summary judgment to Crane Co. in two asbestos actions, ruling that the defendant could not be held liable for asbestos-containing replacement parts it did not manufacture or sell. Egelston, et al. v. Air & Liquid Systems Corp., et al., No. 2011-1038; Jones v. Air & Liquid Systems Corp., No. 2010-3265 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., Onondaga Cty.).
