SEATTLE -- Attorneys at the Dallas-based law firm Waters & Kraus are in the process of responding to allegations of misconduct during jury deliberations in a Washington asbestos case, a partner in the firm told HarrisMartin. Lott v. Saberhagen, et al., No. 05-2-06955-4-SEA (Wash. Super. Ct., King Cty.).
Charles S. Siegel, a partner in Waters & Kraus, told HarrisMartin that the firm is "drafting a detailed response" to a King County Superior Court judge's letter in which an attorney with Waters & Kraus is accused of eavesdropping on jury deliberations.
