CLEVELAND - An Ohio appellate court has reversed summary judgment for General Motors Corp. in a premises liability lawsuit, finding that a plaintiff and his subcontractor employer may not have been aware of the dangers posed by asbestos they allege was present at General Motor's facility. Rettig, et al. v. General Motors Corp., et al., No. 86837 (Ohio Ct. App., 8th Dist., Cuyahoga Cty.).
