Court: Premises Defendant Liable if Plaintiff Unaware of Exposure Dangers

CLEVELAND - An Ohio appellate court has reversed summary judgment for General Motors Corp. in a premises liability lawsuit, finding that a plaintiff and his subcontractor employer may not have been aware of the dangers posed by asbestos they allege was present at General Motor's facility.
