Sources: Widow Awarded $1 Million for Mental Anguish

FORT WORTH, Texas - A Texas jury has awarded $1 million for mental anguish to the widow of a career drywaller who died from mesothelioma two years ago, HarrisMartin is reporting. Lowery v. Bondex International, et. al. No. 067-2023722-03, (Texas 153rd Jud. Dist. Ct., Tarrant Cty.).

The 153rd Judicial District Court for Tarrant County, Texas, jury deliberated for one day after the 13-day trial, issuing the verdict June 28, sources said.
