TRENTON, N.J. - A New Jersey Supreme Court ruling will allow the U.S. Government to intervene in the appeal of a trial court ruling that permitted the parents of a girl who was allegedly exposed to Simian Virus 40 (SV40) via the oral polio vaccine to bring a wrongful death claim in state court.
