NEW ORLEANS -- A Louisiana District Court has banned the testimony of two plaintiff experts relating to the manipulation of wires and cables, according to a court transcript obtained by HarrisMartin. Danos v. Avondale Industries, No. 2003-15723; Fremin, et al. v. Entergy New Orleans, et al., No. 2001-6848 (La. Civ. Dist. Ct., Parish of Orleans).
