MILWAUKEE –– A Wisconsin appellate court has affirmed awards of summary judgment for two defendants in an asbestos exposure case, finding that the plaintiff failed to provide evidence to support her claims. Risse, et al. v. Building Services Industrial Supply Inc., et al., No. 2011AP1415 (Wis. Ct. App., Dist. I).
In the July 3 opinion, the Wisconsin Court of Appeals found the evidence in the case speculative and that the plaintiff had not established that her deceased husband was exposed to the defendants’ products.
