Federal Court Denies in Part Motion to Quash Subpoena Served on Dr. Ballard

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. -- A federal court has granted in part a motion to quash a subpoena seeking the production of documents relating to Dr. James W. Ballard's work. In re: Deposition Subpoena Served Upon James W. Ballard, M.D., No. 05-01870 (N.D. Ala.).

In a March 9 order, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama said that a portion of Ballard's attempts to quash the subpoena are 'off the mark.'
