Ohio Court Sustains Objections Made by Insurance Company to Report & Recommendation in Asbestos Coverage Dispute

CINCINNATI, Ohio –– An Ohio federal court has sustained objections made by an insurance company in an asbestos coverage dispute, finding that the insurer’s motion to dismiss the case on pleading grounds should have, in fact, been dismissed.

The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio sustained the insurance company’s objections and granted its motion to dismiss in the March 31 ruling.
