CHARLESTON, W.Va. - The West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals has stepped in to decide the fate of a master plan devised to manage the state's asbestos docket. State of West Virginia ex rel. Ronald Allman, et al. v. MacQueen, No. 29767 (W.V. Sup. Ct. App.).
