CLEVELAND -- An Ohio Court of Appeals has affirmed dismissal of an insurance company from a consolidated asbestos action, ruling that the plaintiffs failed to present evidence indicating the insurer had made representations regarding asbestos upon which the plaintiffs relied. Bope, et al. v. A.W. Chesterton Co., et al., No. 85215 (Ohio Ct. App., Cuyahoga Cty.).
The Court of Appeals for Cuyahoga County affirmed the dismissal of defendant Metropolitan Life Insurance Co., on Oct. 13.
