Equity Committee Supports Questionnaires for Documents, X-Rays

WILMINGTON, Del. -- A party with interest in the USG bankruptcy proceedings have filed a motion supporting the asbestos defendant's motion to secure documents relating to asbestos diagnoses in the underlying claims asserted against the company. In re: USG Holdings, No. 01-22-094 (D. Del).

In the Sept. 19 response, the Statutory Committee of Equity Security Holders supports USG's motion seeking approval of a claimant questionnaire to be used to take discovery from a sample of asbestos claimants.
