LOS ANGELES -- A California appellate court has reinstated an asbestos lawsuit dismissed for lack of evidence, finding insufficient evidence that the plaintiff's counsel had used abusive litigation tactics by taking the deposition of the decedent in one state and then attempting to use that deposition in a lawsuit in another state. Silvestro, et al. v. Bondex International, et al., No. B175382 (Calif. Ct. App., 2nd Dist., Div. 8).
