Man's Exposure to Chrysotile Resulted from Negligent Packaging, Appeals Court Holds

SAN FRANCISCO - An appeals court in California has affirmed a nearly $3 million award in a chrysotile exposure case, upholding the trial court's finding that the manner in which an asbestos mining company packaged its product caused a Johns Manville employee to develop mesothelioma.
