LOS ANGELES - A California Appeals Court has reversed a decision that would have prevented the wife of a kitchen appliance repairman from continuing her lawsuit against an appliance manufacturer for allegedly causing her husband's mesothelioma and subsequent death. Dekens v. Hamilton Beach/Proctor-Silex Inc., No. B133117 (Calif. Ct. App., 2nd Dist.).
