SAN FRANCISCO -- A trial court has denied post-trial motions to Metalclad Insulation, in which the asbestos defendant requested that the court reverse future and non-economic damages since the plaintiff died before the judgment was entered. Cadlo, et al. v. John Crane, et al., No. 412325 (Calif. Super. Ct., San Francisco Cty.).
Sources said the California Superior Court for San Francisco County denied the motions on Sept. 2.
