SAN FRANCISCO -- Sources said the San Francisco Superior Court denied all post-trial motions in an asbestos case, including on by the plaintiffs seeking a judgment nunc pro tunc antedating an interim judgment. Cadlo, et al. v. John Crane, et al., No. 412325 (Calif. Super. Ct., San Francisco Cty.).
On Sept. 2, the California Superior Court rejected the plaintiffs' contention that the $8 million judgment date should be antedated a week.
